Financial
Our practice accepts cash, check, and major credit cards. We are in network with most major insurance carriers and as a courtesy, we will be more than happy to submit your insurance forms for you. Please call our office to verify whether your specific insurance plan is accepted.
Cancellation
If you would like to cancel an appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We understand that things can come up unexpectedly, but please give us a courtesy call so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.
